continuing the dialogue between contemporary dance, performance and architecture, takako invited leading choreographers, dancers and artists to an all-day symposium titled 'choreographing the...' that she organised and hosted. the day explored how each participant's professional practice cross-pollinated with other fields. the ephemeral nature of their work questions and inspires spatial perceptions in relation to the body and subjective experience. the symposium aimed to unfold this rich territory in order to challenge the role of architecture by reframing the perspectives of the creative process. each participants' creative interests were manifested in their talk titles.
